TIPPLE GIN COCKTAIL RECIPES

The 'Refreshingly Zingy One'...

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Tipple Gin
• 1/2 part Fino sherry
• 1 part lemon juice
• 1/2 part sugar syrup
• Soda water
• Prosecco, to top
• Orange or pomegranate, to garnish

Method:

• Add the first four ingredients into an ice filled wine glass
• Top with half Prosecco and half soda water and stir lightly
• Garnish with fresh pomegranate

The 'Party-Pleaser'...

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Tipple Gin
• 1 part Cointreau
• 3/4 part lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 part honey thinned out with a small dash of boiling water
• Twist of lemon to garnish

Method:

• Add the gin, cointreau, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lemon twist

The 'Pre-Prohibition Classic'...

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Tipple Gin
• 1/2 part lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 part raspberry sugar syrup
• 1 egg white*
• Garnish with three raspberries

Method:

• Add the first four ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with 3 speared raspberries
